Fire Department
 Eton Fire Department is a
100% Volunteer Fire Department
with a current
ISO Class 5 rating.
|
All volunteers are required to be trained to the Georgia Basic Firefighter Module 1 level, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, and Hazardous Materials Awareness Level, and all have the option to pursue higher levels of training.
Some members have extensive additional training and certifications in firefighting, hazardous materials, and rescue.
Members are required to attend weekly training sessions to maintain skills and stay current on latest advances in firefighting tactics and emergency delivery systems. |
